Racing running shoes

RACING running shoes are designed primarily for road and trail running races from the shortest distances (typically 5 kilometers) to marathons and ultraruns. Compared to training shoes are lighter, with less cushioning and primary with lower drop from heel to toes, so sometimes referred to as RACING FLAT. Lower weight reduces oxygen consumption and you should run faster. We recommend using racing running shoes for speed and intensive training units, so the body can adapt to them in order not to have problems during the race with a sore calf and heel. Proper racing running shoes over longer distances (marathon and more km) should be comfortable, with adequate support and cushioning.
