Conditions governing complaint among operators / seller and the customer / buyer (hereinafter referred to as "RP")

Introductory provisions.


1. Operators (sellers) in the online shop RunningProShoes.com the company PGF s.r.o. with its registered seat at Ráztočná 20, 821 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic . 2nd Purchaser (buyer) in the Online store any natural or legal person who sends an electronic form to order goods (product / s or service / vices). 3rd This Complaints Procedure Code regulates the legal relationships between the operator and the customer, in dealing with complaints concerning the accuracy and quality of the goods and services offered by operators. 4th A claim for the purposes of this Complaints Procedure Rules shall mean the purchaser exercised the right from liability for defects of the goods or services offered by operators, which requires corrective action, or replacement for defective performance, respectively. non-performance of the Contract.

Procedures for handling complaints.

3. In the case of filing a complaint in writing, by fax or by an authorized person on behalf of the customer to the complaint must be accompanied by a power of attorney to represent the client in the matter of the complaint. 4th If the claim does not comply with paragraph 2 of this article will be considered ineligible. 5th The period for settlement of the claim is more than 30 days from the date of the claim. The operator issues a client of a complaint to a written document. 6th Filing a complaint is the day of the claim by the Customer. The date of the claim shall be considered:

  • for postal consignments - the day of delivery of the complaint to the registry office operator
  • When delivering - the date the copy of the claim confirmed by the operator service

7. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • natural or excessive mechanical wear
  • contamination of goods or parts due to neglected maintenance
  • use of goods under conditions that do not match your temperature, dust, moisture, chemical and mechanical influences the environment in which the goods are normally used
  • external influences, for example. fall or impact, penetration of water into the electrical parts
  • interference with the goods by unauthorized person (unprofessional repair or adjustment)
  • surges, such as when lightning strikes caused by magnetic field
  • for use in violation of the instruction manual
  • mechanical damage - torn, cutting, heat-damaged goods, goods damaged by excessive physical careless handling, intentional scratching layers of goods, etc.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by natural disaster, natural disasters, violent damage, weather conditions, or operation under extreme and unusual conditions.

8. Claims shall not apply to:

  • Glass, bracelet, strap and batteries - in the case of a GPS sports watch

  • defects caused by tampering

9. Other legal relations between the operator and the customer expressly modified by this Complaint Rules shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the contract concluded between the provider and the client, the relevant provisions of generally binding legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic, in that order. 10th Customer is entitled to the Complaints procedure due to changes in legislation and the business environment at any time amend or supplement. 
 

This RF comes into force from 01.10.2014 . Operator reserves the right to change the RP without notice.
